How to Print a Carbon Copy on Another Tray in Hot Folder Monitoring

IMPORTANT NOTE: In this example it presumes you
have Batch & Print Pro installed.
1. Install Batch & Print Pro
and start the software.
2 .
Select File menu, Add single file(s) to list. locate a .tra
file in folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Traction Software\Batch & Print
Pro\Examples\
This has to
be the name of the Tray on the printer and has to match exactly. e.g.
Tray 1.tra - if you can't find the right name then create a blank
file e.g. "my tray.tra" in notepad.
3. Add
a pdf file (any file) to the list e.g.

Repeat step 3. for the next tray e.g.

Left mouse click on the .pdf files in the list with CTRL key pressed to
highlight both.
Then click Action menu-->Set file for Replication.
6.
In the
replication options, click file menu-->Save Settings As. and
save to a .repl file. e.g. mytest.repl
7.
Close the replication options window and click Action menu, Clear All.
click yes to any questions.
Click Options menu, Directory Monitor
Setup and fill it out like below.
8.
To add the
Carbon Copy Task - Click Extra Options/Notifications on the left toolbar
(see above picture)
9.
In the "Use replication setp file" browse to the .repl or enter the
filename previously created. e.g. mytest.repl then click
"Save/Exit button"
10.
In the Directory Monitoring now click "Add to Monitor List" button and
click "yes" to any questions. then click "Save/Exit" button to start
monitoring.
11.
The
software will then process the files in the hotfolder directory like
below.
