How to print the generate or
print an index from bookmarks
Products required are:
PDF Bookmark Print
1.
Install PDF Bookmark Print Acrobat plugin, NOTE: full version of Acrobat
is required.
2.
Open the PDF and then start Bookmark Print
3. Select All checkbox or select the bookmarks to print and then
select "Print index"
4. Click file menu-->Setup
5. To print just the index select "Don't print pages, just print
index when selected"
6. Click "Print" button
7. Select printer or if you want to generate a PDF of the
index then select "Adobe PDF"
