How to nUP pdf's before
batch printing in realtime
Products required
in this example is:
Batch & Print
Pro 4 and
PDFnUP
1.
Download & Install Batch & Print Pro 4, download
location:
//www.traction-software.co.uk/downloads/BatchPrintPro.zip
2. Download & Install PDFnUP to c:\ folder
//www.traction-software.co.uk/downloads/servertools/winpdfnup.zip
So your folder should look like this c:\winpdfnup:
3. Startup Batch & Print Pro 4, Add a PDF file to the
list, right mouse on it and select Processing Setup...
4. Check "Enable
command line scripting" and enter in the edit box below:
"C:\winpdfnup\PDFnUp.exe" "[IN]" "[OUT].pdf" -ab
NOTE: this is to create 2up a/b pdf's, you can
change that line to do many other types of nUP e.g. 4up, 2up booklet etc
etc

Save & Exit and click print to test, to make these settings work for
every pdf click "Copy parameters to clipboard" in above setup, then in
the main screen select Options-->Default Processing Addon Options...
NOTE: You can also set these settings per
monitored folder in directory monitor by pasting the parameters into the
"Use Processing Settings:" edit box.
6. Paste the settings like below:-
Click Save/Close then add files to the list and click
print
