1.
Download & Install Batch & Print Pro 4, download
location:
//www.traction-software.co.uk/downloads/BatchPrintPro.zip
2. Startup Batch & Print Pro 4, Click on
Menu bar / Options / Directory Monitor Setup. (the
'Directory Monitoring' screen will appear like the screen
shot below)
3. To access the POP3 Email setup, click the [C] button in the
Monitor email & ftp line e.g.
A setup for email and ftp will appear like below:
4. The threshold value is a limit on number of files to download and
print at a time, set to 0 for all.
Check Activate
email monitoring to use POP3 email monitoring.
In the Directory monitor setup make sure you set a Monitor Directory
Path, this is where the ftp files will be downloaded & stored.
You can set these to be deleted after print by using the bppdelete option in
the Move to directory after print.
Click Add to list button
Activate monitoring and set the time monitor every n seconds
