How to batch print email MSG files
and attachments
NOTE: as of Feb 2017 this can be done
automatically with our Batch & Print Premium Law Edition
here
no config required.
NOTE: this tip includes zip files, rar files as
attachments.
Products
required in this tip are:
Batch Print Pro 4.01+ and
Batch Print Pro MSG Addon
v2+
NOTE: We now have a
batch converter for msg, eml, pst files to pdf
here
1. First install Batch & Print Pro 4.01 or greater
and the MSG Addon
2. Add the MSG files to the main list with drag
and drop or from Files menu, select and right mouse on them and select 'Addon
Setup...'
3. Click 'Print attachments' checkbox then 'Save &
Exit'
4. Click 'Print', the extracted files will
be added to the list after each .msg file like below:-
